Recently, Williams served as crew chief for the No. 28 Ford Mustang Dark Horse at RSS Racing, a position he took after a mid-season transition from AM Racing.
At AM Racing, Williams demonstrated his ability to guide teams to success. He played a pivotal role in launching a new organization and led Brett Moffitt to one top-five and nine top-10 finishes.
