Known formally as The Lord Pannick KC, David Philip Pannick is a crossbencher in the House of Lords and a top-tier barrister from Blackstone Chambers. He is now at the forefront of City’s legal efforts as they face an independent hearing at the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) in London, a process that is expected to last ten weeks. This critical hearing takes place under the looming shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral, symbolizing the gravity of the situation.
