“Denny Hamlin’s Fiancée Pleads for Help After Battling Intense Back Pain”

Denny Hamlin’s Fiancée, Jordan Fish, Seeks Advice for Severe Back Pain

Jordan Fish, the fiancée of veteran NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin, has turned to social media to seek advice for dealing with “severe” back pain. Taking to Instagram, Fish asked her followers for recommendations, explaining she has been experiencing intense mid/upper back pain for the past two to three days.

“Help… I’ve been having severe mid/upper back pain the last two days. Completely locked up, can barely move, or reach over to pick up my coffee. I have tried exercises, cupping, acupressure mat. Tylenol is the only thing that seems to help with pain, but [it] comes right back. Any at-home suggestions or recs? Ty,” Fish wrote on Instagram.

Fish noted that while Tylenol provides temporary relief, the pain keeps recurring.

Denny Hamlin and Jordan Fish: A Longstanding Relationship
Hamlin, a seasoned NASCAR driver for Joe Gibbs Racing, met Fish in 2007 when she was part of the Lady Cats, the dance team for the former NBA team Charlotte Bobcats. The couple announced their engagement in January of this year.

This isn’t the first time the Hamlin family has dealt with back issues. Coincidentally, Hamlin himself suffered a back injury during the 2013 Fontana race weekend (Auto Club 400). A collision with former teammate Joey Logano sent Hamlin’s No. 11 Toyota into a crash that led to a serious injury, sidelining him for four races that season.

Hamlin has faced other physical setbacks, including shoulder surgery last off-season. Despite recovery concerns, he participated in The Clash this year and emerged victorious.

As of now, Fish has not provided any updates about her condition. However, with the NASCAR off-season underway, she is likely receiving support from Hamlin.

Jordan Fish Says Goodbye to the 2024 NASCAR Season
After the season finale at Phoenix Raceway, Fish shared a farewell message on Instagram, signaling her transition into “hibernation mode” for the NASCAR off-season.

“Peace out, 2024 season! Going into hibernation,” Fish captioned a photo, holding up a peace sign.

This year marked Denny Hamlin’s 19th full-time season in the NASCAR Cup Series. He finished P11 in the final race after starting in P14, but failed to advance to the Championship 4, being eliminated in the Round of 8.

Despite his strong track record, Hamlin continues a streak of winning more than 50 races in the premier series without securing a championship.

Season Highlights and What’s Next
The 44-year-old driver concluded the season with three wins, 12 top-5 finishes, and 18 top-10s. Following the championship race, Hamlin and Fish attended the annual Awards Banquet, held in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the first time since the event’s inception in the 1980s.

Looking ahead, Hamlin will return to the track in February for the Daytona 500, driving the No. 11 Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing. He will be working with a new crew chief, Chris Gayle, following the departure of his long-time sponsor, FedEx, from the sport.
