Who’s in, who’s out: Situation gets worst Lions fans worry.

LIVE FROM DETROIT: RAGNOW CLEARED, GLASGOW QUESTIONABLE FOR WEEK 16 SHOWDOWN

The Detroit Lions received a significant boost ahead of their Week 16 matchup against the Chicago Bears as All-Pro center Frank Ragnow has been removed from the final injury report.

Ragnow, who had been dealing with a back injury, missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday but returned as a full participant on Friday, clearing the way for him to suit up on Sunday.

Meanwhile, right guard Graham Glasgow, who had not practiced all week, made a surprise appearance on Friday as a limited participant. Despite this progress, Glasgow is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game due to a knee injury. Head coach Dan Campbell had initially downplayed the likelihood of Glasgow practicing at all on Friday, underscoring the uncertainty surrounding his availability.

Key Injury Updates: Who’s In, Who’s Out?

Other notable updates include:

  • Jalen Reeves-Maybin (neck): The linebacker, designated to return from injured reserve this week, logged two limited practices but has been ruled out for Sunday. His return to game action is still pending.
  • David Montgomery (knee): The running back, instrumental in the Lions’ offense, will also miss the game as he continues rehabbing in hopes of returning for the postseason.

Three Lions players are carrying questionable tags:

  • Brian Branch (calf): The safety was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday.
  • Ifeatu Melifonwu (hand): Despite practicing in full this week, his status remains uncertain.
  • Graham Glasgow (knee): A game-time decision looms.

The Lions have ruled out no other players, and key contributors such as Taylor Decker, Za’Darius Smith, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Kevin Zeitler are cleared to play.

Chicago Bears Injury Report

The Bears will be without offensive tackle Ryan Bates (concussion) and have listed four players as questionable:

  • DT Gervon Dexter (knee)
  • OT Teven Jenkins (calf)
  • OT Braxton Jones (concussion)
  • CB Jaylon Johnson (illness)

Running back Travis Homer is doubtful with a hamstring injury.

Lions Fight for NFC Supremacy

As the Lions (12-2) look to rebound from their Week 15 loss to the Buffalo Bills, they’ll aim to stay ahead in the NFC playoff race. Both the Philadelphia Eagles (12-2) and Minnesota Vikings (12-2) remain neck and neck with Detroit in the battle for the coveted No. 1 seed.

Kickoff at Soldier Field is set for Sunday at noon CT.
