LIVE FROM COLUMBIA: Speedster WR Jackson Repp Commits to South Carolina
COLUMBIA, SC – South Carolina football just secured one of the fastest prospects in the Class of 2025, as Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville) wide receiver Jackson Repp has committed to the Gamecocks.
Standing 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, Repp isn’t just a burner—he’s a complete student-athlete. With a blazing 4.31-second 40-yard dash and a 4.33 GPA, he’s proven himself both on the field and in the classroom. His athleticism also translates to track, where he clocked an impressive 10.7 seconds in the 100-meter dash.
Despite suffering a torn ACL early in his senior season, Repp remained a priority for head coach Shane Beamer and receivers coach Mike Furrey. His summer camp performances had already caught their attention, and they weren’t about to let him slip away.
“From the moment I visited South Carolina, I knew it was the right fit,” Repp shared. “The coaching staff made me feel at home, and I can’t wait to be part of what they’re building.”
Repp’s Road to Columbia:
✅ July 2024: Repp lands his first SEC offer from South Carolina after standout performances at summer camps.
✅ November 2024: He takes an official visit to Columbia, where he and his family experience firsthand the Gamecocks’ hospitality and vision.
✅ February 3, 2025: Repp makes it official, committing to South Carolina—possibly as a preferred walk-on.
With elite speed, intelligence, and a strong work ethic, Repp is a name to watch in Columbia. Whether he earns a scholarship down the road or makes an impact as a walk-on, one thing is clear—the Gamecocks just got a serious playmaker.
