“Excellent news.” According to Mauricio Pochettino, the 21-year-old Chelsea player will soon be a member of the first team.

One Chelsea young player is soon to become a more regular member of the first team squad, according to Mauricio Pochettino.

In his pregame press conference, he asserted that Cesare Casadei, who has returned from his loan at Leicester City, will soon be playing in the Premier League far more frequently.

Following a patchy tenure at the Championship leaders, Casadei’s loan was terminated, and it was likely that his playing time would soon drastically decline.

After being returned to West London, there was swift speculation that the Italian was going to join the Stamford Bridge team for the remainder of the campaign.

Rather than going out on loan, Diego Moreira and Andrey Santos, two other returnees, will still have their decision made.

For the remainder of this season, Pochettino made it apparent that he plans to keep Casadei involved in some way.

On Casadei, Pochettino

“We need to assess now that they’ve returned from their loan,” he stated. They will be a member of our team, and we will decide whether or not they will play in every game. The good news is that we are getting too many injuries, which is beneficial to us.

“He performed incredibly well in the preseason. Sure, let’s hope he can assist. He participated in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup with Leicester, so it is not possible tomorrow. But certainly, perhaps he can play in the Premier League.

Some people might believe that the midfield player isn’t good enough for Chelsea if he wasn’t good enough for a team in the lower division.

But, since the last week of January approaches without any new arrivals, it might just be a matter of the team needing more bodies due to a glut of injuries.

Cesare Casadei is anticipated by Mauricio Pochettino to improve Chelsea’s training standards.

We’re not quite sure how Casadei will enhance Chelsea’s training regimen. Still, remembering him was probably a good idea.

This season, the Blues have suffered numerous injuries to their midfield, including the return of Romeo Lavia and the sidelining of Lesley Ugochukwu.

The club is under no obligation to use the transfer window to try and remedy every issue. It makes sense to bring Casadei back and use him to close a gap.

The former youth player for Inter Milan has experienced English football through loan stints at Reading and Leicester. It will be intriguing to watch if he can succeed in the Premier League going forward.

Casadei may be in for a baptism of fire given that Chelsea’s next Premier League matchup is at Anfield against Liverpool. Conor Gallagher, Moises Caicedo, and Enzo Fernandez should all be healthy, so if Pochettino starts the Italy U21 international that night, you would anticipate him playing a very small part.
