CHECK THIS OUT: 25-men Championship League roster including a teen yet to make his debut is Confirmed.

Arsenal confirms a 25-man Champions League roster, including a teen who has yet to make his or her debut.

For the first time since 2016–17, Arsenal will play in the Champions League, and Mikel Arteta surprised some people by selecting a surprising 25-man roster.

Arsenal has unveiled their 25-man roster for the Champions League, and there are a few surprises in the group.

On September 20, the Gunners take on PSV Eindhoven at the Emirates Stadium to begin their Champions League campaign. They are in Group B with the Dutch team, Sevilla, the Europa League champions, and Lens.

Mikel Arteta has now finalized his team for the match. Declan Rice and Kai Havertz, who were both signed this summer, are included, but Jurrien Timber, another newcomer, is not because of his serious knee injury.

The ACL injury Timber suffered in his Premier League debut against Nottingham Forest last month required surgery. Arsenal has not specified a timetable for Timber’s return, but if his recovery goes well, he could join the team in January for the remainder of the season.

Cedric Soares can join the team because Timber isn’t available.

Although it was anticipated that the Portuguese full-back would leave Arsenal during the summer transfer window, the Gunners were unable to find a team willing to sign him.

Also, Arteta has added 18-year-old Lino Sousa since Kieran Tierney recently signed a season-long loan with Real Sociedad.

Although the left-back has played 32 times for the Arsenal under-21 team, he has not yet made his first-team debut.

James Hillson, a 22-year-old goalkeeper who saw action in the Europa League three times last season, will be playing alongside Aaron Ramsdale and David Raya. He is another player who has not yet appeared for Arteta’s starting lineup.

The first team of Arsenal has yet to see action with Lino Sousa

The 25-man cap remains in place, but Arsenal will be able to make changes to their Champions League team during the group stages.

Up until the start of the last-16 stage in February, they can register players they signed in January or players who have recently been injured.

Gabriel Martinelli, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah, Gabriel Jesus, Leandro Trossard, and Bukayo Saka are the forwards.

After the 2016–17 season, Arsenal will play in the Champions League this year. Arteta acknowledged that the Gunners were bringing in new players with the Champions League in mind during the preseason tour of the United States.

“It will be more difficult for sure,” he told ESPN, “because the league is going to a different level again, which is incredible.”.

“And obviously playing in the Champions League, which has been a long time since the club has participated.

“This is the reason we need a different squad than the one we had last year; I believe what we’ve done this summer is related to that, and more quality as well, for sure.”.
