Lauryn Goodman made a bombshell revelation during her debut on Celebs Go Dating, accusing Manchester City footballer Kyle Walker of playing a “sick game” by keeping her and his wife Annie Kilner apart. The influencer’s turbulent relationship with the England star, 34, thrust her into the public spotlight when it emerged that she and Walker have known each other for a decade and share two children.
During an emotional chat with the dating experts on the show, Lauryn, 33, shared details about her connection with Walker. “We were friends at the time, but he’d always liked me,” she explained. However, she knew Walker was in a relationship with Annie. “He kept everything very separate from her,” Lauryn revealed. She clarified that when Annie kicked Walker out in 2019, she thought, “Okay, like, why not?”—believing the relationship between him and his wife was over.
At this point, Lauryn broke down in tears, calling herself a “shell” of her former self as she opened up about her struggles with trust and relationships. The influencer’s emotional turmoil deepened earlier this year when she shocked the public by revealing that Walker had fathered her second child while still married to Annie.
Speaking to dating experts Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson, Lauryn described how the situation, coupled with online backlash, left her shattered. “It knocked me sideways,” she admitted. Referring to her second pregnancy, Lauryn said it was an overwhelming experience. “It was kind of one of those moments of, here we go again… I actually felt like I was losing a part of myself,” she said, adding that things only worsened when she started receiving videos of Annie pregnant.
Lauryn expressed her deep frustration, saying, “I just kept thinking, this has been some sort of sick game.” She told the experts that unloading her story left her feeling “angry” and that the experience has destroyed her ability to trust others. “I’m over toxic relationships,” she stated, emphasizing her desire to find something real and genuine moving forward.
Earlier in the week, Lauryn faced tough questions about her relationship with Walker during an appearance on This Morning. Speaking to hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, she revealed that despite the drama, she has “no regrets.” “I can’t say I have any regrets because my children are my world,” Lauryn explained, highlighting the importance of her kids. When asked about her current relationship with Walker, she said there was none, explaining that everything is now handled through lawyers.
