Live Report: Christian Rose Steps Up to the NASCAR Truck Series
Breaking news from the world of motorsports: Christian Rose has signed a full-time deal to compete in the 2025 NASCAR Truck Series with Niece Motorsports. The 29-year-old driver will pilot the No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado RST, joining teammates Matt Mills and Kaden Honeycutt in what is shaping up to be a strong lineup for the team.
Quick Ascent to NASCAR
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Rose began his racing career in Super Late Models. His rapid progression led him to the ARCA Menards Series in 2022, where he quickly made a name for himself.
Christian Rose Speaks Out
“For me, it’s a huge opportunity to make the jump from the ARCA Series,” shared Rose during today’s announcement.
“I got my feet wet a little bit in the Truck Series a few years ago, but I believe in everything that we have going on in this building and am very excited to get to Daytona. The speed that we’ve seen from this team is a big reason why we signed our deal, and I’m just excited to make that transition.”
He added, “I think if we do the right things and show up and put the work in, we can have a lot of great things to look forward to next year.”
A Warm Welcome from Niece Motorsports
Cody Efaw, CEO of Niece Motorsports, expressed confidence in Rose’s potential:
“We’re all excited to welcome Christian on with our team next year. I think our program has the possibility to have a banner year with the driver and partner lineup that we have. Christian’s drove well in his time running in ARCA, and he will have all the tools he needs to learn from our group of guys. It’s going to be a great year.”
Proven Experience
While new to a full-time Truck Series schedule, Rose is no stranger to the competition. In 2024, he made two starts in the series with AM Racing, finishing 16th in the season finale at Phoenix Raceway.
With his determination, past experience, and the backing of a competitive team, Christian Rose looks poised to make waves in the 2025 NASCAR Truck Series season. Stay tuned for more updates as the journey to Daytona begins!
