“Pep Guardiola Reveals Shocking Injury Crisis at Man City Ahead of Wolves Clash – 7 Stars in Doubt!”

Pep Guardiola addressed the media to update on Manchester City’s injury situation as they prepare for their Premier League clash against Wolves.

Defender Manu Akanji has raised concerns after returning from international duty with potential fitness issues. Alongside him, Brazilian stars Ederson and Savinho, who played on Wednesday morning, are also under scrutiny. Guardiola is pessimistic about the prospects of four other sidelined players making an appearance this Sunday.

“I don’t think so,” Guardiola stated. “They are not ready. They are training, they are in the last part. Yesterday Nathan [Ake] did his first training with the team. Maybe he can travel, but he is not ready to start. Today was a day off, so we will see how they feel.”

Ake has been out since suffering a hamstring injury during the September international break. Kevin De Bruyne has also been missing since he sustained a thigh injury in a Champions League match against Inter, sitting out the last five games. Oscar Bobb is still recovering from a leg fracture sustained just before the Premier League season kicked off, and Rodri faces a lengthy absence after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament against Arsenal last month.

As City heads to Molineux to face a struggling Wolves side, Guardiola remains cautious. “They have fewer points than they deserve. It has always been tough with Wolves since Nuno was the manager. This will not be an exception,” he noted, emphasizing the challenge ahead.
