“Unfinished Business: Cristiano Ronaldo Tipped for Sensational Man Utd Return”

Cristiano Ronaldo, who made a dramatic return to Manchester United once before, might do so again in a different capacity, according to his former teammate Louis Saha. Saha believes that Ronaldo could one day return to Old Trafford as a coach or manager, despite the turbulent end to his second spell with the club.

Ronaldo, who is still playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, will turn 40 in 2025. He hasn’t publicly confirmed his future plans, whether on the pitch or in a potential coaching role. However, Saha is confident in Ronaldo’s potential as a coach, citing his “passion and dedication.”

Reflecting on Ronaldo’s second stint at United, Saha noted the frustration the Portuguese star experienced, particularly with the lack of passion he observed in younger players compared to his first spell at the club. Ronaldo’s second tenure ended abruptly following a controversial interview with Piers Morgan, where he openly criticized the club and its management.

Despite the rocky finish, Ronaldo remains a legend at Old Trafford, having scored 27 goals in 54 games during his second spell. He continues to impress in Saudi Arabia, where he netted 35 goals in his first full season with Al-Nassr.

While Ronaldo is expected to stay with Al-Nassr this season, his future beyond that is uncertain. Saha believes that Ronaldo could transition into coaching but will need to refine his communication style to be successful. He draws a parallel with Roy Keane, who also moved into management, suggesting that Ronaldo could find similar success if he chooses to take that path.
