Kyle Walker’s wife, Annie Kilner, is reportedly making plans to ensure her financial security should her husband cheat again.
Annie, who started dating the Manchester City footballer as a teenager in their hometown of Sheffield, has had to deal with Walker’s infidelity multiple times in recent years. Despite their seemingly perfect relationship, their romance has been repeatedly rocked by his cheating scandals.
In 2019, Walker, 34, was unfaithful with Ex On The Beach star Laura Brown after a rendezvous in his £200,000 Bentley. The couple managed to reconcile and seemed to get back on track, but another bombshell dropped in 2020 when Walker was involved in a lockdown sex party. He later apologized, admitting that he had let his family, friends, and fans down. Annie temporarily kicked him out, but they eventually reunited, with Walker proposing to her the same year. The couple married in a private ceremony in 2021.
However, their marriage was tested again when it was revealed that Walker had fathered a child, Kairo, with Lauryn Goodman during brief encounters. Annie kicked him out once more, but the two rekindled their relationship. Earlier this year, it emerged that Walker also had a second secret child, Kinara, with Goodman after a meeting in London.
Now, sources suggest that Annie is making preparations for the future in case Walker’s infidelity resurfaces. “She thought they had true love, especially after having kids together,” a source told The Sun. “But she knew she had to think with her head, not just her heart.” According to the source, Annie married Walker not only for love but to secure her financial future. “She wanted to stake her claim for the money.”
Some reports indicate that Annie sought advice from other WAGs (wives and girlfriends of footballers) when they first split in 2019, with some advising her to leave and others encouraging her to marry him for financial security. Annie allegedly confided to a friend, “Marrying Kyle would give me security if he ever does it again.”
Rumors also suggest that Annie has given Walker a “£15 million ultimatum.” She’s reportedly taken preliminary legal steps to ensure that if they divorce, she would be entitled to half of his wealth. A source claims that Annie told Walker she would only consider reconciling if he agrees to hand over half of his fortune upfront. “She’s been told she’s entitled to half if they split and doesn’t want any of her share going to Lauryn,” the source added.
Neither Kyle Walker nor Annie Kilner has publicly commented on these reports.
