Havertz should not start for Arsenal; has Fabio Vieira demonstrated why he should?

Has Fabio Vieira demonstrated why he ought to replace Havertz in Arsenal’s starting lineup?

Fabio Vieira’s outstanding cameo against Fulham helped Arsenal earn a point, and for the better part of last week, there were calls for him to start the match against Manchester United instead of Kai Havertz.
The Portuguese had a hand in both of Arsenal’s goals in the 2-2 draw.

8When playing against Manchester United, Vieira came on as Havertz’s replacement in the second half.
Even so, the former FC Porto star wowed against Manchester United.
He once more demonstrated why he was known as the assist king before he left FC Porto by providing an assist in his second game after coming off the bench.

Vieira is under increasing pressure to start, but Arteta suggested that the time is not yet right.
The manager sees the playmaker more as a super-sub, an impact sub, and a good option from the bench, but he also noted that he could start.

Every player has the opportunity to do that, according to Arteta, speaking to Arsenal.com
We chose to start with Kai today.
When it came to the last few or final minutes, we were aware that Fabio would make a significant difference if we needed something and something had changed with him.
When he enters the room, the crowd immediately notices that he is different from how he was the previous year; he is more mature; he is a more senior member of the squad; and his confidence in the squad is high, so I’m really glad to have those options.”.

I suppose Arteta is just gradually integrating Vieira into the team, one game at a time, before suddenly starting to use him later on.
Trust Arteta; he has consistently shown us that he is the most knowledgeable person.

It’s great to hear him gush about having quality options on the bench, but while Havertz is still getting used to the team, maybe Vieira should start against Everton to see how he does throughout the entire match?
