INJURY UPDATES: prior to Man City match with West Ham, a star player sustained injury.

Vladimir Coufal, a key player for West Ham, is compelled to leave for international duty, raising new injury concerns ahead of the Man City match.

Vladimir Coufal, a key player for West Ham, is compelled to miss the match against Man City due to international duty.

West Ham is back at the London Stadium this weekend when reigning Premier League champions Manchester City visit after three away games in their first four league games of the year.

West Ham and Man City have both had perfect starts to the new campaign.

Even so, Man City leads the Hammers by two points after a perfect four games in a row.

As a result, Pep Guardiola and David Moyes have each been nominated for the manager of the month award.

In fact, if West Ham defeats Manchester City in Saturday’s 3pm kickoff, depending on other outcomes, they could retake the top spot in the young Premier League standings.

But prior to the game, West Ham might be injured.

Vladimir Coufal’s international commitments force him out of West Ham’s match against Man City, giving them another injury scare.

James Ward-Prowse, West Ham’s outstanding new acquisition, sustained an injury on Monday, as was previously reported, and has missed every practice since.

Ward-Prowse, who has contributed to four goals and one assist for West Ham so far this season, was sent for a scan and given the following week off.

Depending on how well he has recovered over the past week, he is anticipated to return to Rush Green today.

Now, West Ham has experienced a new injury scare ahead of the Man City match as key star Vladimir Coufal is required to leave for international duty.

Coufal, the sole genuine right-back option for West Ham, was not selected for the Czech Republic’s match against Hungary.

I’m worried Coufal won’t be available for what looks to be his toughest test of the season due to a “small” injury.

The Hammers star sustained a minor injury that caused him to miss the game, according to reports in his home country.

According to the reports, Coufal chose not to travel to Budapest for the game but instead stayed in the Czech Republic for medical treatment.

As a result, the Czech team was short one player.

Although there are few details regarding the injury, West Ham will undoubtedly want to examine Coufal themselves in order to determine its severity.

It is obviously comforting that the injury is being called “small.”.

Players can miss a week or two of play due to even minor injuries.

With the talent that Manchester City has on that side in Jack Grealish, Phil Foden, and company, Coufal’s absence would be felt against that team.

We can only hope Coufal will be well-rested and recovered for what is likely going to be his most difficult assignment of the season.
