OFFICIAL: Barcelona starting lineup against Shakhtar Donetsk | Champions League

Barcelona will be looking to build momentum ahead of this weekend’s El Clasico after beating Shakhtar Donetsk 1-0 in the Champions League.

Xavi made three changes to the starting line-up that led to the win against Athletic.

The first change was the replacement of Andreas Christensen and Ronald Araujo in central defence.

However, Inigo Martinez kept his place after an impressive performance against his former side.

The duo depicts Marc-André ter Stegen guarding the gates of the fortress.

Alejandro Balde survived the weekend with a minor injury and was replaced at left-back by Marcos Alonso. Joao Cancelo is now on the right.

Gabi received a red card against Porto and was suspended for this game. His place in midfield will be filled by Fermin López, who was in action for false nines this weekend.

Ilkay Gundogan and Oriol Romeu join the youngster in central midfield.

Lamin Yamal returned to the starting lineup and played as a right winger, while Feran Torres took over as a center forward. Joao Felix plays on the left wing for this team.
