“Such a good player”: Nathan Ake acknowledges that the “fantastic” £12k-per-week Man City player has really impressed him.

Oscar Bobb has impressed Ake this season, calling him “such a good player,” following his Saturday cameo against Bournemouth.

The Premier League champions made a statement by defeating the Cherries 6-1 at the Etihad Stadium.

Since the previous international break, City has won every game, getting back on track after faltering a bit without Rodri.

It was the Jeremy Doku show on Saturday as the Belgian shredded the Cherries. He scored a goal and four assists on his own.

The young person has received a ton of praise and was in terrifying form. Danny Murphy praised him as “absolutely outstanding” on Match of the Day.

Towards the end, Pep Guardiola was able to give young Oscar Bobb some playing time, and the 20-year-old provided a fantastic assist for Ake on the game’s last goal.

Ake was quick to compliment the young player following the game.

Nathan Ake left Oscar Bobb quite impressed.

At the 85-minute mark, Bobb entered the game in place of the outstanding Bernardo Silva, who had twice scored for City.

Not much time had passed to have an effect. However, the Norwegian succeeded in doing so, putting in an incredible cross from the right side that allowed Ake to score against his old team with a diving header. It was his very first first-team assist.

Bobb made his sixth appearance for City this season, and it’s encouraging to see him playing a part.

Based on Bobb’s performance thus far this term in both training and games, Ake is really impressed.

According to the 28-year-old (mancity.com), “He’s such a good player; he’s been very good every time he’s played this season.” He doesn’t hesitate to challenge others. I thanked them afterward because it was a really nice cross.

Our group is easy to get along with. It’s also about them [the new players]; it’s about how modest he is, how eager he is to learn something new every day, and how, even in the face of success, he remains the same.

“Every day, he puts in a lot of effort at work. You can tell he wants to seize the moment each time he appears. He’s really impressed me so far.

Bobb has great potential.

It always makes me very happy to see Bobb receive minutes for City. Perhaps he could have entered the game against Bournemouth a little earlier. In the brief time he spent on the field, though, he was still able to display his talent.

The £12,000-per-week player plays with confidence and is always willing to be direct and take people on. Martin Odegaard of Arsenal recently called him “fantastic with the ball.” somewhat reminiscent of Jeremy Doku.

He has obviously left a lasting impression on Ake.

Bobb’s role in thefirst team should hopefully start to grow as the season progresses. Maybe he should aim to play as much as Rico Lewis did the previous campaign. Over the course of all competitions, the teenager made 23 appearances, clocking in at 1427 minutes.
