South Carolina Football Sticks With Same Depth Chart Ahead of Kentucky Matchup
South Carolina has released its latest depth chart ahead of this week’s clash with Kentucky, but the lineup remains identical to last week’s version—even though several in-game adjustments were made against Missouri.
As always, the chart doesn’t reflect the Gamecocks’ injury situation.
Cornerback Judge Collier, who has been sidelined since suffering an injury in the season opener, is still working toward a return. He, along with safety DQ Smith and tight end Michael Smith, sat out the Missouri game.
Adding to the concerns, offensive lineman Cason Henry, who had just returned after getting hurt against Vanderbilt, re-injured his shoulder on the first snap against Missouri. Defensive tackle Gabe Brownlow-Dindy also came out banged up.
“Injury-wise, we got out of it fairly okay,” head coach Shane Beamer said on Sunday. “I would say right now Gabe Dindy and Cason Henry are the two that we’re most concerned about, and we’ll have another update for ya injury-wise on Wednesday night.”
The depth chart doesn’t forecast possible changes for the Kentucky game, but here’s how things stand on paper:
