South Carolina released its updated depth chart on Monday in preparation for this week’s road game against Missouri, though it comes with a familiar caveat: the chart does not reflect injuries.
That means quarterback LaNorris Sellers remains listed as the starter despite leaving Saturday’s 31-7 loss to Vanderbilt in the second quarter with a head injury. Backup Luke Doty follows him on the chart.
Head coach Shane Beamer addressed the situation on Sunday night during his teleconference, saying the staff remains hopeful.
“Injury-wise, LaNorris and Cason (Henry) obviously did not finish the game last night,” Beamer explained. “We’re optimistic on both those guys for this week, and fortunately, there were no other injuries to report from last night.”
As always, the weekly depth chart highlights rotational alignments from the previous game but does not project potential lineup adjustments going forward.
