During his time at South Carolina, Sharpe rewrote the school’s record books, finishing his college career with 169 receptions, 2,497 yards, and 17 touchdowns. His dominance continued in the NFL, where he became one of the most feared wide receivers of his era. Playing seven seasons for the Green Bay Packers, he led the league in receptions three times and was a five-time Pro Bowler before a neck injury forced him into early retirement.
