Evan Williams Bourbon is strengthening its presence in college athletics with a significant expansion of its multi-year partnership with Learfield. The brand announced the addition of three major programs — Oregon, Oklahoma, and South Carolina — to its growing collegiate lineup. Along with the new schools, ESPN sideline reporter Molly McGrath has been introduced as the official Brand Ambassador for the Evan Williams Bourbon Nation platform.

“From pre-game rituals to post-win celebrations, Evan Williams is the bourbon that resonates with college sports fans and alumni,” McGrath said. “As someone who lives and breathes college sports, I’m thrilled to bring that same passion to a brand that’s all about celebrating tradition, connection, and team spirit.”
The Bourbon Nation initiative, launched in 2024, is designed to unite fans around game day traditions and spirited celebrations, while emphasizing responsible enjoyment of America’s second-largest selling bourbon. With South Carolina joining, Evan Williams now holds the title of Proud Partner with eight programs: Florida, Syracuse, TCU, Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.

The expanded campaign will debut just in time for the 2025 football season, continuing into basketball season. Fans can expect to see in-stadium signage, branded bar setups, and tailgate activations at all eight schools. In addition, the program will feature in-store promotions, regional media collaborations, and interactive digital campaigns.
“By expanding the Evan Williams Bourbon Nation platform and aligning with talent like Molly McGrath, we’re not just showing up for game day—we’re becoming part of how fans celebrate,” said Bill Hirsh, Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales at Learfield.
For Gamecock fans, the partnership promises to elevate the gameday atmosphere at Williams-Brice Stadium and put South Carolina in the spotlight alongside some of the country’s biggest athletic programs.
Here’s a health, Carolina — forever to thee! 🥃.
