South Carolina Signee Jerzy Robinson Walks the Stage at Sierra Canyon — The Next Chapter Begins

A milestone moment for one of South Carolina women’s basketball’s most anticipated recruits. Jerzy Robinson, a prized commit in the Gamecocks’ incoming class, officially graduated from Sierra Canyon School as part of the Class of 2026 — closing one remarkable chapter and stepping directly into the next.

Sierra Canyon marked the occasion with a fitting tribute, celebrating their newest alumni with the sendoff the moment deserved: “One final walk — lined with the people who guided them along the way.” For Robinson, that walk represents the culmination of a high school career spent at one of the most prestigious and talent-rich prep programs in the entire country — a school that has produced elite athletes across multiple sports at the highest levels.

For Dawn Staley and the Gamecocks, Robinson’s graduation is more than a sentimental milestone — it’s the official countdown to one of their most highly regarded signees arriving in Columbia. Robinson has already made noise on the national stage, having notably scored 20 points with 8 assists against fellow Gamecock signee Taylor “Tay” Brown at the prestigious Hoophall Classic earlier this season — a performance that underscored exactly why South Carolina prioritized her recruitment.

With her Sierra Canyon days now behind her, Robinson turns her attention fully to joining a Gamecocks program that will be hunting a national championship in 2026-27.
