Jerzy Robinson Receives Her 2026 Naismith Girls’ High School All-America First-Team Jersey — A Crowning Moment for a Rising Star

In a moment that captured the culmination of years of elite-level work, Jerzy Robinson was formally presented with her 2026 Jersey Mike’s Naismith Girls’ High School All-America First-Team jersey — a prestigious honor recognizing her as one of the very best high school basketball players in the country.

A Well-Earned Honor

Robinson, a 6-foot-1 guard from Sierra Canyon High School in California, is a physical and versatile scorer who is a consensus top-five recruit in the 2026 class. Her jersey presentation served as a tangible symbol of a remarkable senior season that turned heads across the nation.

The 2026 Naismith Girls’ High School All-America First Team was officially announced and features Robinson alongside Saniyah Hall of SPIRE Academy, Kate Harpring of Marist School, Kaleena Smith of Ontario Christian High School, and Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka of The Bullis School. Robinson is committed to play her college basketball at South Carolina.

A Season for the Record Books

Robinson averaged 21.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists this season, and she delivered one of her most outstanding performances when she scored 32 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Sierra Canyon to the CIF-SS championship.

Beyond the team success, Robinson’s individual achievements were equally staggering. In January, Robinson became Sierra Canyon’s all-time leading scorer, passing USC star Juju Watkins — the previous record-holder — who went on to set the NCAA freshman scoring record. Robinson’s career total stands at 2,355 points, surpassing Watkins’ previous mark of 2,322.

On the team front, Robinson paced Sierra Canyon to a 30-3 finish on the season.

A Journey Through the Awards Circuit

The Naismith jersey presentation was the latest in a string of major accolades for Robinson. Earlier in the season, Robinson was named a McDonald’s All-American and was invited to the Nike Hoop Summit. She became the 30th McDonald’s All-American in South Carolina’s program history, and the 2026 McDonald’s All-American Games were played on March 31 at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

Robinson was also named a Jersey Mike’s Naismith Trophy Girls’ High School Player of the Year Semifinalist, with the semifinalists announced in February.

Bound for South Carolina

Robinson announced her commitment live on ESPN on December 23, 2025, wearing a garnet outfit with black Nikes and her nails painted garnet, black, and white — picking South Carolina over LSU and UConn. Her signing completed a stellar recruiting class for the Gamecocks. Robinson officially signed with South Carolina, joining fellow recruits Kaeli Wynn and Kelsi Andrews in what is ranked among the nation’s elite recruiting classes.

South Carolina’s program has a storied history of producing top-tier talent, and Robinson’s arrival is expected to continue that tradition. The Gamecocks have had two Naismith Trophy Girls’ High School Players of the Year in program history — Raven Johnson, who won the award in 2021, and A’ja Wilson, who earned the honor in 2014.

The Bigger Picture

The jersey delivery moment was more than ceremonial. It represented the recognition of one of the most decorated prep careers in recent memory. From breaking all-time scoring records to earning a spot on the most prestigious All-America team in high school basketball, Jerzy Robinson has cemented her legacy before even stepping onto a college court. All eyes will now turn to what she can accomplish in garnet and black at South Carolina.
